You can use SeatMap as a guest or by creating an account with your email, Google, or Apple. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under it. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to use the app under your local law.

• "App" / "Service" — the SeatMap mobile application and related services.
• "Seat data" — the cabin layouts, seat positions, classes, legroom, amenities, and related information shown in the app.
• "You" — the person using the App.

SeatMap lets you look up a flight (by airline, flight number, and date) and view a seat map and seat details for that aircraft. It is an informational tool to help you understand a cabin layout. SeatMap does not sell tickets, assign seats, or process bookings.

You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes; and not to misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its data, nor to copy, resell, or redistribute the seat data or any part of the App.

Seat data is provided for general information only and is sourced from third parties and historical aircraft configurations. Airlines frequently change aircraft and seat layouts, so the actual cabin on your flight may differ from what SeatMap shows. SeatMap is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any airline. Do not rely on the App as your sole basis for any travel, seat-selection, or purchase decision — always confirm with your airline.

An account lets us save your recent searches across sessions. Guest access uses a device identifier and may be more limited. You can delete your account anytime in Settings → Delete account.

The App, its design, and its content (excluding third-party data and trademarks) are owned by Travelscript LLC and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App. All airline names and marks belong to their respective owners.

The App uses Google and Apple sign-in and may link to third-party sites (e.g., airline pages). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies; we're not responsible for them.

SeatMap is currently free with no in-app purchases. If we introduce paid features later, we'll update these Terms and show pricing before you're charged.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't warrant that seat data is accurate, complete, or current, or that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Travelscript LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on seat data or your use of (or inability to use) the App.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the App. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

We may update these Terms as the App evolves. We'll change the effective date and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
